Its time to make my chunky homemade crean of tomato soup in times of crisis, celebration, or any time you want a snack.
Right about now, I'm ready to make some fresh tomato soup. Check out my recipe on our web site. If you gardeners out there have a lot of cabbage and eggplant add that to the recipe listed on our Resipes web site. We will enjoy the taste of frest vegetables right from the garden
Tomatoes taste best at room temperature. But if you are not able to eat them within a day or so after picking, you can refrigerate them for up to 6 days, but they don't taste the same. We hope you enjoy the recipes on our web site. We would also like to try some of your recipes. When you eat organic vegetables your taste buds will know the difference.

There's nothing like the first signs of Summer. It is truly the wonder of nature unfolding each and every day. . This ol' gardener is up and thinking about Summer veggies now. The days are getting longer,and the nights are getting warmer. It's time to get up and out early in the morning. Time to get out in the yard,and finish planning the garden. We are now smelling the the flowers,and enjoying nature at its best.
There's nothing like the summer time sun to get this ol' gardener up and working. The days are getting warmer,and the veggies are all planted,but there is still lots of work to be done.

It won't be long now 'til we're all ticklin' our toes in lush, green grass,and picking fresh vegetables. As the weather continues to warm up, there's work to be done! So spend a bit of time with that compost pile. Yes you will need that compost all summer long. So spring into action,and lets all get that thumb green again.

now planning our 2008 garden. Our seeds are on order.
We have planted our seeds indoors in March for our 2008 garden.
Most of our plants will be ready to be planted in the ground by the middle of May here in New Hampshire.
